1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Moonlight Textiles Ltd, registered company number 01915865, with its registered office at 76 - 88 Abbeydale Road, Sheffield S7 1FF.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield and North Derbyshire aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Moonlight Textiles Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
a. Like and follow Moonlight Textiles Ltd on Facebook or Instagram

b. Share a photo of their current curtains and tag Moonlight Textiles Ltd in the post with the hashtag #ShabbytoChic.

Entries must be submitted within the competition period specified below.

4. Competition Period
The competition opens at 12.00pm on Wednesday 25th June 2025 and closes at 12pm on Friday 24th July 2025.
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. Prize

• The winner will receive one free pair of curtains from Moonlight Textiles Ltd up to a total retail value of £500.

• If the selected curtains exceed this value, the winner will be responsible for any additional costs.

• No cash or alternative prize is available and the prize is non-transferable.

• The prize includes measurement, manufacture and fitting of the made to measure curtains in a fabric of the winner’s choice.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the competition closing date.

• The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, Moonlight Textiles Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Rights and Permissions
By entering, participants grant Moonlight Textiles Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Entrants must ensure they have the rights to share the image submitted and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Entrants agree to participate in promotional activities to showcase the prize and process of measurement, manufacture and fitting of their free curtains.

9. General

• Moonlight Textiles Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

• The decision of Moonlight Textiles Ltd in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
